What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Support daily restaurant operations including speed, accuracy, cleanliness, and food quality
• Lead and support team members during shifts—coaching in real time
• Help train new hires and reinforce Jimmy John’s standards and systems
• Maintain inventory levels, assist with ordering, and reduce waste
• Handle customer interactions, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience
• Step in wherever needed—this is a hands-on leadership role
